Shipping policy

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

All items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

Processing an order may take up tp 3 days with an additional 5-7 days for shipping.

You may choose your shipping or pick-up preference at checkout.

Please be sure that you have checked your shipping address for any errors. If once your order has been placed and you do find an error please contact us via email ASAP. If it is the weekend, contact us first thing Monday morning.

Once an item has been shipped Designs by Va'Chelle will not be held liable for incorrect address.

If a package has been labeled as DELIVERED by USPS or UPS, Designs by Va'Chelle is not liable for any order that you do not receive. You will need to contact USPS to dispute this shipment.
